Janelle Mistarz

Janelle is a fitness and health professional with over 17 years of experience, currently residing in Jacksonville Beach, FL. She specializes in strength-training, muscle conditioning, functional fitness, core stability and balance training. Her clientele has included everyone from corporate employees to high school athletes, stay-at-home parents and retirees. She has a passion of helping others manage their pain through proper movements, and finds Pilates in particular to be especially rewarding for this. She offers Virtual Home Workouts, Online Group and 1:1 and Coaching through Seashells and Kettlebells, and is ACE Certified for Personal Training and Group Fitness.

Stephanie Briscoe

Stepahnie Briscoe of Brisasana Yoga, LLC is a talented Yoga and Wellness Instructor who specializes in virtual and in-person Yoga with an emphasis on energy and chakra balancing, and Yochi Flow Yoga. The practice of Yochi flow allows your chakras or energy centers to enable your most creative abilities to flow through the body. She also has a lot of experience teaching Hatha Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Vinyasa Flow and Chair Yoga. Stephanie is also a meditation guide and works with spas on wellness events that promote relaxation through guided meditation and Yoga. She currently resides in the Miami and Ft. Lauderdale area.

Rachel Kutner is an experienced Fitness Instructor and Coach and also a Host of The SOULutions Podcast. She has 14 years of experience working with children and their families, which includes running a fitness and wellness company the past 3 years as a Mindfulness and Anxiety Coach. She loves overcoming challenges and helping others think on their feet, which translates through her Podcast episodes with discussions centered around subjects including having a healthy relationship with food, motherhood, mental health, and other topics to help you be your best self. Additional certifications she has include Life Coaching, Children’s Mindfulness and Yoga, Behavioral Change and Group Fitness Instruction to name a few.

Ian Wallace

Ian Wallace is a New York City based Fitness Professional and Pro Trainer with The LIVE Method, and has also worked with TFLiving. He has tenured with Boston Sports Club and holds a Certified Personal Training Certification through the National Strength & Conditioning Association. He has experience in tailoring effective exercise programming to adults from 18 to 72 years in age, working with mobility restrictions and mobility challenges across wide ranging goals. More recently, he has co-founded a web-based marketplace and creative place for artists through an app called Artra, anticipated to launch in 2021. Roshi of Fit Paths is a Certified Personal Trainer, Holisitc Health Consultant and fitness professional based out of Philadelphia, PA and specializing in pre and postnatal Yoga, Pilates, Barre, TRX and Tabata Bootcamp. She currently runs fitPaths, which offers team building, wellness strategies, as well as on-site, one on one, or group training.
