A Letter From Our CEO
TFLiving was founded to bring affordable wellness and lifestyle services into communities while allowing people to do what they love. Through these challenging times, our mission remains constant: to bring people together through experiences. While we may not be face-to-face today, the desire for human connection is stronger than ever, and we see this desire matched by our entire community.
Very early on in this crisis, we mobilized our team to help our communities respond to this unprecedented time. We launched and rolled our virtual fitness programs such as TFLiving Connect and product features tailored to keep our communities connected when they needed it the most. We continue to evolve our virtual amenity offerings and work with our clients in areas lifting stay at home orders to co-create a safe, personalized plan. While we will strive to bring people back together again, we are promoting outdoor fitness activities when possible while continuing to offer a host of virtual fitness and event offerings.
In addition to safe amenity alternatives, hygiene protocols and training are being implemented for our talent providers and employees to keep our staff and residents/tenants safe on-site. All TFLiving talent providers and employees will ensure properties and residents are compliant with CDC guidelines and our additional safety regulations at all times.
With the knowledge that there is more work to be done in the weeks and months ahead, we remain prepared for the challenge and committed to our mission. We will continue to innovate with new programs, fresh content, and dynamic product features needed to navigate this new normal. We will chart the path forward with safe, virtual amenity solutions and a focus on bringing our communities back together again, safely.
