I teach HIIT, Zumba and Cardio Group Fitness Classes.
What’s Your Favorite pre-workout and/or post workout snack:
My go- to pre-workout snack is a green apple with peanut butter.
What’s Your Most memorable fitness moment:
My very first fitness class is something I’ll always remember.
What inspired you to want to get into a fitness career?
It means a lot to me to be able to help others achieve their goals, and this is what helped me decide to get into this line of work.
What’s Your Favorite post-workout stretch:
Bending down and reaching with crossed legs is a great movement anyone can benefit from after a long workout.
What’s the best advice you have for anyone beginning their fitness journey today?
I would suggest for anyone who is just starting their fitness journey right now to keep trying, because when you least expect it you will see improvements.
