Most memorable fitness moment: A client telling me they loved my class because they could exercise without pain— yoga can work for everyone!
What inspired you to want to get into a fitness career? I developed a regular yoga practice during recovery from an eating disorder, so my practice has always been centered on redefining my relationship with exercise and my body. I want to show people that movement can look like a lot of different things, and that its benefits extend far beyond physical fitness.
Best advice for anyone beginning their fitness journey today: Find movement that brings you joy.
What do you love about working for TFLiving? TFLiving has opened the door for me to connect with people who may not otherwise have considered or dedicated time to practicing yoga. I love helping people find the way that yoga can benefit them and their unique lives, and I have had so many opportunities to share in this way with TFLiving.
Fun fact about you not related to fitness: I am a huge cat lady.
